This covers this website and the Fur Manager service. If you are a client of a grooming business that uses Fur Manager, your relationship is with that business: they decide what is held about you and you should contact them first. We process it on their behalf.

If you enquire through this site

We keep your name, business name, email, phone number, and what you told us, so we can reply and follow up. Nothing else, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone.

If you are a Fur Manager customer

We hold what is needed to run the service:

• Your business details, including what is required to register you for business texting
• Your clients, their pets, appointments, and grooming records
• Vaccination documents your clients upload
• Photographs taken as part of grooming
• Records of messages sent, and consent to receive them

Each business's records are separated at the database level. No other business using Fur Manager can see your clients under any circumstances.

Who else is involved

• Supabase stores the data.
• Cloudflare serves the application and stores photographs and documents.
• Twilio delivers text messages.
• Square processes payments. Card details never reach us.
• SMTP2GO sends email.

Text messages

Clients of a grooming business consent to texts through that business, and consent is recorded with the date and how it was given. Replying STOP ends them immediately. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Your data is yours

Export your client list whenever you like. If you stop using Fur Manager, you take your data and your phone number with you, and we delete what we hold on request.

Access and deletion

Ask and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Some records, such as evidence of texting consent, are kept as long as required.
